Cases from Harvard Business School, HKUST, UC-Berkeley and other institutions, as well as Yale-style cases based on publicly available information, with a strong focus on Asia will be utilized. Students will be put in the manager’s or protagonist’s role to gather and analyze information before ultimately making decisions. All students in this course are expected to have full and active participation under the seminar style instruction. For SGFN students in their third year of study and above.Intended Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of the course, students will be able to:
- 1.Critically evaluate the core issues of sustainable and green finance situations/challenges
- 2.Analyze the interests of various stakeholders that affecting the decision making
- 3.Interpret practical cases in Asia context mainly
- 4.Communicate effectively across different disciplines in sustainable and green finance
- 5.Integrate interdisciplinary skills and knowledge to make practical recommendations
