  TEMG3950 is divided into 2 parts. Part 1 is "Case Analysis" for students to develop structured problem-solving skills using MECE frameworks and communicate solution using 5-Step Persuasive Selling in essay and presentation format. Part 2 is "Product Innovation" for students to develop critical thinking skills using techniques such as Design Thinking. Value Proposition Design and Business Model Canvas.   T&M Corporate Consulting Project

  TEMG 4950 series are experiential-learning courses where students role-play management consultants using technology & management (T&M) strategies to solve a complex problem currently faced by an industry leading firm. This project uses the format of a consulting engagement with at least 5 client meetings. Final solution recommendation will be presented before a panel of executives from the client’s organization, project sponsors and industry subject experts. Students are allowed to repeat TEMG 4950 projects with the projects covering different topics. Instructor consent is required for this course.
