Part 1 is "Case Analysis" for students to develop structured problem-solving skills using MECE frameworks and communicate solution using 5-Step Persuasive Selling in essay and presentation format. Part 2 is "Product Innovation" for students to develop critical thinking skills using techniques such as Design Thinking. Value Proposition Design and Business Model Canvas. Instructor consent is needed for this course.
